the location of the hotel was acceptable.

The room was very small, i felt a bit cramped. the bathroom setup was not ideal. The toilet was right in the shower. it was difficult to keep the toilet paper dry, even with the cover. i found signs of wear and tear, and some areas were not as clean as i hoped.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the efficient design of my room. Great wifi worked throughout the hotel.

My toilet did not flush when I arrived. It was fixed quickly, yet it was annoying. The shower takes five minutes to warm up. I don't like the semi-transparent bathroom walls.

closed food area slow shower

i noticed the food area and outside spaces were closed upon arrival. signs were posted prohibiting entry. they remained closed for my entire stay, and i never saw any repair work happening. the toilet didn't flush when i first got there. they fixed it fast, but it was still annoying. the shower took a full five minutes to get warm, and i don't even like hot showers. it wasn't great.

I appreciated the prime location near the subway. It made exploring convenient. the staff was helpful. They provided assistance with directions. i found the cafe-bar on the first floor inviting. the hotel also offered free ponchos and umbrellas .

The room size felt small. Navigating with luggage was a squeeze. the toilet inside the shower created some inconvenience. i found the lack of hot water pressure one morning annoying. the toilet paper quality seemed poor.

the hotel provided water and coffee access. i liked the pod room because it was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. the space saving layout was very smart.
